Job description
What we want you to achieve with us
- Production planning and scheduling
- Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations
- Lead the crew to ensure excellent product quality
- Cooperation with assistant-growers
Qualifications
What you should bring with you
- Professional qualification in a relevant field (e.g. compost production / mushroom growing)
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail
- Strong problem solving skills with a pragmatic and hands-on approach and a high level of flexibility and adaptability with the willingness to carry out manual work as needed
- Strong team orientation and ability to provide effective coordination of work processes of the team
- Good knowledge of MS Office (in particular Word and Excel)
- Positive attitude and humor
- Fluent English, verbal and written
- German language may be an asset
